I've come to deeply appreciate EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as a powerful way to regulate emotions and release fear. For this Mercury Retrograde blog, I’m sharing a personalized script that helps me feel grounded, make clear decisions, and have peace of mind during uncertain times.
Mercury Retrograde Tapping Script:
“Even though I feel confused at this moment and even though I am not sure what to do or how to act, I choose to love and accept myself anyway. Even though events are happening outside of me that I cannot control, I choose to love and accept myself anyway. I choose to breathe, to ground, and to connect to my inner guidance.
Even though I have many thoughts coming and going, and I don’t know which to listen to and which to discard, I choose to love and accept myself anyway. Even though I don’t yet know how to respond to my feelings, I can honor them for what they are and choose to love and accept myself anyway. I can remember that anger is a teacher. Confusion is a teacher. Even rage is a teacher. If I let my feelings be okay, I can move more quickly into a state of peace and serenity.
Even though I don’t know what to do with all these ideas surfacing, I can choose to let them be and revisit them at a later date. I don’t have to do anything right now. All I have to do is breathe and reconnect with my own inner wisdom. My inner wisdom speaks when I breathe, when I ground myself, and when I take little reset breaks to clear my energy field. As I remove myself from outside distractions, I feel more confident about the information coming in. As I consciously create more space in my life, I become aware of Spirit’s voice and know what actions to take.
When my mind gets busy, I use grounding techniques, such as breathing and tapping, and I begin to feel a sense of relief. I feel gratitude for the many tools available that shift my focus and restore my energy. I feel supported, blessed, and led – even in uncertain times when fear creeps in. I am so thankful for my faith, which encompasses my faith in myself, the Universe, and the unfolding process of life all around me.
As I sit here tapping quietly, expectantly, and gratefully, I know that there is so much more than this life, so much more than I can see with my physical eyes, and so much magic that awaits me... surrounds me… enfolds me… and supports me. I rest assured that I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and all is well."
And so it is. ~

Well said, Jennifer! Yes EFT is a phenomenal tool. I really like your statements here. Very effective flow and approaching the subject from different angles:-)
